Blogs and Podcasts are two of the latest powerful technology tools that are having an increasing impact on how companies communicate with their customers; collect and analyze customer opinions; communicate within their companies; and garner competitive intelligence.
This diverse panel of industry experts will explore:
- how and why these tools are creating a paradigm shift for more than just corporate communications;
- implementing effective corporate blogs and podcasts;
- top things you need to avoid (what companies like Dell, Microsoft & HP have learned from bumps along the way); and
- how these tools can increase your company's competitive advantage.
